The absolute best guys to have on your side. The registry team at universities are normally a bunch of massive nerds but they will always help you out if they can. They spend all day dealing with student data on databases so get WAY too excited when they get a chance to talk to a real life human. Also supply huge amounts of cake and peach rings to staff and students alike.
