Rayquaza

Rayquaza, the Sky High Pokemon. It flies forever through the ozone layer, consuming meteoroids for sustenance. The many meteoroids in its body provide the energy it needs to Mega Evolve. It lives in the ozone layer far above the clouds.

There are literally 2 Pokemon that even Smogon would ban from Ubers. The first is Slowbro, because no one likes the infinite battles Funbro can bring. See: Mr. Bones' Wild Ride. The other one is Rayquaza. Rayquaza's just that awesome.
