Lekker pik is a phrase communly used in The Netherlands. Meaning good job man or just nice. Lekker is used to describe many good things in Dutch.
You can say food is lekker, meaning that it's tasty. The weather can be lekker, it's nice weather.
But pik literally means dick, but it's used in a good way in lekker pik.

In the Netherlands we don't say "well done", we say "lekker pik", which translates to "tasty dick." I think that's beautiful
