A city west of Phoenix who forgot how to be a city. With a high population close to 200,000 Peoria’s downtown looks sad and miserable, almost reminiscent of El Mirage. Peoria unfortunately has a high amount of lower class people aka “the gheto”. Other than its nicks, the city is fine overall and is finally starting to take responsibility of its people.
