Total useless bullshit police complaint process, where the racketeering cops are reinstated for the "investigation", for a year of police harassment by the department, an email a year later that the "investigation" is over. No police services, no victum services and no witness packages. lots of police brutality. The only point of this process is to stall for enough time to prevent the victum from going to small claims court. You must file small claims within a year.
Call the RCMP or RCMP fraud complaint on the police department. Call your local member of parliament or member of provincial parliment, and make a complaint about the officers conduct. OIPRD will only reinstate an officer. RCMP, MP, MPP, the officer cannot be reinstated they will be on suspension for a year until they are fired from their court Marshal.

OIPRD is a useless waste of time. Report the police department or officers to the RCMP, or make a complaint to your MP or MPP, about your ongoing police stand down in your area.
