('Ne' is pronounced with less stress, for example, 屋根 'yane' is pronounced with the emphasis on the 'ya' sound, not the 'ne'. If 'ne' is said alone, then it should be pronounced in a curt and kind of blunt manner.

Said alone, it should be pronounced as exactly how it's pronounced in Marukaite Chikyuu.
