Neckassery, the act of having ass on neck or neck on ass. Could also be used for when a fat lady sits on the defenseless white boy and his neck disappears under her ass, pointing to the assumption that her ass is on his neck. This obviously happens more often than you think because the word now has it's own definition. You're welcome.
