Mockey, while being used quite frequently by some families who reside in Southern California, is nothing more than a replacement for the word "Vagina."

Some of you may ask why use the word "Mockey" instead of "Vagina?"

A physically disabled person, or rather one who wishes to let themselves go to the point that they are basically disabled, but just on that line where you cant get the cool wheelchairs at Walmart but nobody says anything if they take it.
