MIG
Stands for "My Insecure Girlfriend". Refers to a female friend (or more uncommonly, girlfriend) who overcompensates for her insecurities by acting out in various ways, such as being needy, desperate, over-compliant, eager to please, self-deprecating or loud, defensive, controlling, snarky, arrogant, dramatic. Usually lacks self respect and answers to booty calls readily. Requires constant validation, whether online or in person. Often sticks to other more attractive female counterparts at bars or clubs, in order to leverage on their physical appeal and charm to attract potential males for hookups. Also referred to as "Miggy".

MiG
n. Someone who deliberately attempts to prevent a guy from seducing a girl. The opposite of a wingman. Similar to a cockblocker, but while a cockblocker may not necessarily be acting deliberately, a MiG always is. The MiG does not necessarily have to be trying to seduce the girl him/herself, but that is possible. Often the MiG is a friend or acquaintance of the guy who is attempting to seduce the girl. The term is derived from the film 'Top Gun', where the enemy planes were MiGs that were attempting to shoot down the protagonists.

Mig
A Mig is someone of limited intelligence who requires special care in order to mix successfully within the confines of a school or college. Usually approachable, though often violent, a Mig can be difficult to befriend.
We were playing table-tennis in the Youth Wing when that Mig came at me with a knife. He's now been sedated.
