Just the nice way of saying to the person you will do something, but then not doing anything/

Mate, I think I got the Leighlands Treatment from H.R, they said they will look into my report 5 weeks ago, and never got back to me!

Leighlend gave me a hug when I was crying but ignored me when he needed a hug the most.
