A disease that is not common. The way this disease effects the human being is usually through unfocused behavior along with uncontrollable spams that can cause sleep deprivation. Typically there are three distinctive levels to this disease the most severe is gleaming which is separate from regular kleptyke which there is no cure or possible treatment. Can be found in 20 cases per year in the united states alone.
