Josing

A multi-meaning word which originated as prison slang in Louisiana, particularly South Louisiana and is primarily used in those areas.

Josing can be defined as the following:

1. Serving time in jail or prison.

2. Participating in an activity or distraction, particularly in jail, which makes the time seem to pass faster.

3. The act of joking at someone else's expense, especially in jail but also used in street context.

"My boy been josing for 3 years off a gun charge."

(Variation 2)
"Man if we could smoke in the parish jail we'd be straight josing."

(Variation 3)
"We was straight up josing off that boy all day - he got drove as fuck."

jonking

To Jonk. Posing for a photograph while presenting an intoxicated, unconscious person with great enthusiasm and fanfare. Good form and proper etiquette dictate that while the intoxicated party need not be known to the Jonker, the Jonkee should not be homeless or injured.

Not unlike planking, the practice is meant as a good-natured meme.

There were so many passed out tourists at Oktoberfest, I took pleasure in jonking all of them!

Grandpa Joeing

Technique used mainly by males to sleep in the same quarters (Bed, Couch, etc.) without having the threat of gay/awkward encounters. The two will lay in opposite directions (feet next to head) mirroring the position used in the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory by Grandpa Joe and the other geriatrics in that beat on shit-hole house.
