Common at technical universities throughout the United States.

Jafrica: Jackson, Mississippi: Taken over by Africa. All of Hinds County, Ms. The majority of Rankin & Madison Counties. Metro-Jackson Area that consist mainly of African-Americans.

Don't go in there! I just took a shit, and it smells like "Jafrica."

There are more vehicles stolen in "Jafrica" per capita than anywhere else on earth.
