A person who fails to fulfill their duties to a pre-planned party. Ex: doesn't bring the ice cream. Other traits include but are not limmited to, hoarding details, whining about mundane tasks, and being generally "Bleck".

A term that originated from an insurance commercial calling others a "jackwagon". A playful pronoun used as a term of endearment when addressing others idiosyncrasies. To perform an action that calls for something outlandish such as lighting your farts on fire out of boredom. Insinuating someone is a jackass while being appropriate in front of the kids or elderly people. Performing an act of freedom of speech.
