Mostly it is used to point out when someone has made an idiotic claim, though, surprisingly, idiot males will attempt to make thier laugh as deep as possible to make them sound more manly, when all it really does is make them sound like idiots.

Hurr did-a fantastical, fantabulosa hair do. Its hair do plus plus with extra effort while on steroids. Most hurr did looks like it belong in a hair show. NOTE: Theres a fine line between a hurr did and a hurr did'ent. Could also apply to a weave.
