Fuckers From Fuckertown

Just plain fuckers. Anyone who is a fucker, but in special cases where you want to be even more specific. I wish I could say I made this up but a little old lady in a nursing home was the first person ever to say it. I heard her say it and am saying she was the first person ever to say it.

Another way of saying "fucked up," but putting the action words together as if saying "fucked on top."

Almost as if someone whom is not familiar with the English language they would think the word was "fucked top."
Used in the same way as one would say "fucked up."

Jeff: OMG! Did you see that fight man?
Bystander: no
Jeff: That dude over there just fuckedtop the one laying on the ground!"
Bystander: Gnarly dude.
