Freak Show Fat

Obese people who, a hundred years ago, would be able to work in a circus freak show due to their exceptional rotundness. Now, these people are so numerous that they can no longer find work in shows, and are seldom noticed to any great extent.

You can find them in 'all you can eat' establishments, drinking Super Big Gulps while walking or driving, and generally consuming far more fattening food than they could possibly ever need to sustain themselves.

Favored food groups are - meats, cheeses, chips, sodas, breads and macaroni made with white flour (never whole wheat) desserts, and various fast food snacks.

Freak Show Collectable

A collectable that should hold no value due to looking very bad. However, due to either a popularity with collectors/fans, limited production, and/or the sheer novelty of it, it becomes very sought after. With prices being fairly high given how crappy the collectable is.

Person 1: Hey, do you still have that fast food toy that looks defective?
Person 2: Yeah, but it's become a freak show collectable now. I might sell it for $400 or more online.

Freakshow politics is a divisive type of strategy that capitalizes on extreme aspects -usually negative ones- of the political opponent and utilizing those thru media and propaganda to attack that opponent's character and reputation instead of tackling the real facts and issues at hand.
