Mostly used in a derogatory fashion by those who actually do risk their lives. Most Marines and Soldiers aren't fobbits. Most of the Air Force are fobbits except for Vehicle Operators.(Go Veh Ops!!!!!), Security Forces and special forces. And the Navy well who cares about tha navy theyre all gay anyway.
