Software or programs intentionally created by government entities with the purpose of monitoring, tracking, or collecting data on individuals or groups, often without their knowledge or consent. Fedware may be used for surveillance, intelligence gathering, or law enforcement purposes.

Fedware can also be programs that contain hidden backdoors or vulnerabilities intentionally inserted by government entities for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access or control over computer systems or networks.

John: "Did you hear? They just found out that ProtonMail is actually fedware!"
Max: "Who could've known that the supposedly secure email service was secretly created by federal agents?"

foodway

Foodways are a study or example of a culture of a people through their dietary habits. A foodway is not only the things people do and do not eat, but why they eat them or not, not to mention the traditions and history that help define that culture.

The foodways of the Cajun people involve eating seafood in season and not drinking milk with seafood. For Hungarians, the use of pork, cabbage and paprika are common symbols of their ethnic foodways. Orthodox Jews' foodways vary from that of their less restrictive brethren, but traditionally, Jewish foodways are related to the religion's dietary laws or kashrut kosher. A foodway may not be something that a person is aware of practicing, it can be so ingrained in their habits that it is simply a way of life.

Serial Forwarder

A "Serial Forwarder" is that person who blows up your email in-box with every piece of internet humor that tickles their fancy. Often times this person is a good friend whom you don't want to upset by explaining just how annoying it is to have to clean their "cute jokes", chain emails, their "partisan political humor" and other asinine internet tidbits out of your in-box every day. Opening and viewing email from a "serial forwarder" can even put your computer at risk of a virus adding to the level of annoying achieved by these people.

Every day I get 2 to 4 stupid/annoying emails forwarded to me by a 67 year old man who is the father of a good friend of mine. Out of respect, I have not told this "serial forwarder" how annoying his forwarded emails are so I simply delete them without even looking at them.
