Esquiveled

Used and referred to in the work place. When a new hire in the company is jealous of you because of your Forman / Boss title and purposely try’s to sabotage the finish product to get you fired to get a promotion ultimately making him the new Forman / Boss.
Man that’s horrible how dave almost got Esquiveled by the two new hires. They obviously forgot to factor in dave is a stand up guy and would point out his own mistake before trying to hide it. Thank god for my fellow coworkers sensed there was foul play and exposed the reality to upper management about the new hires being incompetent.
