Heightened state of being, not unlike being in the zone, but brought on by the perfect amount of alcohol. Usually pertaining to pub and yard games, such as darts, pool, ladder ball etc.

Kevin is usually awful at billiards but is on fire right now. He's epicasa.

the scrawniest kid on the soccer team, who doesn't play all season, and he goes to a catholic school, but he's atheist. coach finally puts him in, hes pones on the field and he realizes that he himself, is god. everyone starts chanting, JESUS! JESUS! that is epicasy.
