Used in Car Sales. A tip from a Customer usually £10 or £20 when you complete the hand over of a new car. Mainly still done by the older generation when they slip it into your hand and say thanks.

A physical disorder having to do with the aging in which more implements handled are dropped. The condition is aggravated by advanced age to a point where loved ones of elderly people do not hand anything of value their elderly charges.
There was no way I was going to give all the small, green tent stakes to granpa on our annual family camping trips because we have to pass through an area with very tall bushes there. Granpa just has too advanced a case of the Dropsies to chance it.
