Confufled

Confufled means you're confused and upset at the same time but you don't know how to explain yourself.

I'm confufled, I can't solve this math problem. I know I got the wrong answer but I can't find the way to get the right answer and why is that the answer.

Cafluffled

Means to be confused and have thoughts that are all over the place. To feel like doing lot's of different things all at once, but often not actually feeling motivated do any of them.

To be in a muddle and sometimes feel butterflies in your tummy and be in a weird mood.

Disorganised thoughts, feeling confused, muddled, puzzled, with a mixture of emotions such as anxiety, excitement frustration, etc.
