A combination homo-hawk (or faux-hawk) and comb-over for follically-challenged gay guys. The remaining strands are combed to the centre from both sides, covering the bald spot and creating a weak homo-hawk at the same time.

Rob: Hey, Colin's homo-hawk is looking a little sparse these days.
Aaron: Yeah it's really more of a comb-o-hawk now.

Eva: Look at that guy's hair! It's kind of a double comb-over into the centre.
Peter: Comb-o-hawk!

comb-up

Like a comb-over, but relying on hair from the back of the skull and combing it up and over the bald spot. See Donald Trump.

That guy thinks he's fooling everybody because he's not combing over his hair, but that's obviously a comb-up. The back of his skull has a tell-tale part.

comb-over

n., a rearrangement of surrounding hair to cover a bald spot as completely as possible. Usually accomplished by flattening strands of hair in widely-spaced parallel stripes across the afflicted region. Rarely successful, often calls attention to the follically-challenged zone in question.

John painstakingly arranged the twenty-four remaining hairs (down two from yesterday!) flat across his the center of his balding pate. He separated the strands for maximum coverage, then secured and shined them with a dab of Vitalis conditioner.

Similar to a comb-over, involving the lengthy hair on the top and back of the head to cover up a receding hairline.

Person 1: Fact, Battlestar Galactica.

Person 2: Dude. You do realize your hair is horrible. Right? I mean... are you shitreous? a Comb-Down?
