A male who unwittingly(out of ignorance) or purposefully(out of jealousy) prevents another male from engaging in debauchery with members of the female sex. Females can also cockblock, but the true essence of the word lies in the metaphor of the penis used figuratively as an impediment which thwarts any possible chances of scoring with members of the opposite sex.

cockblocking keyboard

The keyboard that was shown at the beginning of the 'Hell To The No' number in Season 2, Episode 16 of Glee. It is the 'cockblocking keyboard' because the scene before 'Hell To The No' was the scene of Kurt and Blaine's first kiss. Right before they were about to show Kurt and Blaine's steamy second kiss, the scene cut to the angle of this keyboard, thus instigating a cockblock among the Klaine fandom.

Person 1: What's so special about this keyboard?
Klaine shipper: It is the cockblocking keyboard of evil. I WANT MY SECOND KLAINE KISS!
