When you pull the scrotum, with two hands, further then the end of the penis, making it look like penis (Alladin) is sitting on top of the scrotum (the magic carpet).

This suit allows their arrival at work to go undetected by those that sit near them. A carpet suit wearer will never say "good morning" or start a conversation until near lunch.
