A comedic term coined by the incel community laughing at ridiculous lengths will men go for sex, due to females being extremely picky

Crutchmaxxing basically means someone has tried to get a limb lengthening procedure, to increase their height because females like height, but they're now in crutches because of bad surgeons; and their leg is fucked up

It highlights the fact that surgery isn't always guaranteed to work and it's laughed at to in a way warn men that they're taking a huge risk when they're paying so much for not just their body to change but if it goes wrong they can never walk again

Dude is now crutchmaxxing, his legs absolutely cooked, he looks even worse than before
