A large, often oversized, human. Generally having feet which are gargantuan and work independently from the main body. The bagoon has lower than average IQ, poor dress sense, and lacks basic social skills.

A term familiar to the small, often pre-verbal child who is having a lot of fun being slung over the shoulder of an adult singing that weird little tune, “A Bag of Wheat For Sale.”

For quite some time I wondered what a “bagoweet” was until one day, riding like a limp sack on my father, I was able to fully understand it in the context of the song and it’s meaning!

An offensive word used to describe a person who is or behaves idiotic. The word is indigenous to Guyana but has become popular in some countries in the Caribbean, primarily the island of Trinidad.
