When a cell blebifies in apoptosis, its blebification leads to the production of blebs. A possible reason for why life exists is to produce blebs, as they are the most perfect form of matter possible. Blebification can be inhibited by blebistatins.

They first appeared in 'The Bible of Pongborn' and is a creature in 'Our Strange World'.
