One-bell 

The act of ringing someone's mobile (cellular) phone so that it rings just the once. This ensures that both the dialler and the diallee simultaneously now have the other person's number in their phones; and by hanging up before the conversation element of the call begins, any expense is negated.

This is used primarily in a face-to-face situation, such as when someone replaces their phone and needs to both re-acquire his friend's numbers and let them know his new number; or after two people meet for the first time and wish to exchange numbers.

n. The core part of someone's message, plan etc.

When someone is explaining something, the one point one (1.1) cuts out all the unimportant stuff. The one point one is the most essential part of the message.

Jim: "So I have got a plan to boost sales which..."
Joan: "OK, what's your one point one (1.1)?"
Jim: " We need to target..."

Rove: TGIF man...we gonna have a huge one...
Rick: Yeah...what's our one point one?
Rove: Few drinks at home and then the club...

One woman short of being gay is a term that closeted gay male husbands say to their straight wives so they can stay in a marriage of convenience.

Or sometimes the straight wives will tell this to everyone else about their marriage to deny that they are married to a closeted gay man who wants nothing but a marriage of convenience for appearance sake to appear "straight".

Belle is married to Bill and Bill is a closeted gay man, Belle likes to tell everyone that Bill is one woman short of being gay because he's in a marriage of convenience with him.

A lofty band from Helmsly in the UK. The band consists of George Craig-Vocals/guitar, Mark Hayton-Guitar, Dan Parkin (aka Pob)-bass, Jack Sails-keyboard, and James Craig (brother of George)-drums. Former members include Kai Smith and Sam Ford(aka Gunner). They do weekly web episodes on YouTube called ONOWednesdays. The band is often abbreviated to ONO

One Step Away 

One Step Away is an alternative rock/pop band from Andover, Massachusetts. They gotten recognition in the whole Boston area music scene due to the bassist's mom. His mom works for the music industry and she spoiled them to be famous. If it wasn't for the bassist's mom, the band would get absolutely no where. The music is very generic and lacks charisma. This band is just another terrible clone of a well known Andover band called Boys Like Girls.

Person 1: I think Acacius, Boys Like Girls, Contained Chaos, One Step Away, and Spyria are good bands from Andover, MA.

Person 2: Nah dude, all those bands are terrible, Andover has one of the worst music scenes ever, all of those bands you listed lack charisma without a doubt.

Person 1: I still love One Step Away, there kinda like Boys Like Girls.

Person 2: Oh shut the fuck up, One Step Away is probably gayest on the list band next to Boys Like Girls. And by the way get this straight, "Fuck Andover, MA, and their terrible music scene! Thank You!"
