Shelmy is the act of performing intimate acts of sexual deviance with your favorite bran cereal. This term can be very offensive and derogative when used out of context and should not be used or taken lightly. Shelmy is especially prevalent in lgbtq+ cabinet makers.

Shelbow

The area between the shoulder (usually on a woman) and elbow depicting either skin & bone or fat/flabby skin.

One can usually tell a lot about the entire woman's overall weight by looking at her shelbow.

Shelby Corcoran

A character on Glee, namely the biological mother of Rachel Berry. Ex-coach of power team Vocal Adrenaline, and had a short fling with main character Will Schuester. She eventually takes charge of a new glee club at McKinley High. She is portrayed by Idina Menzel and has a complex personality.

Shelby Corcoran is one of my favourite characters on Glee because she is portrayed very well.
