Phagmull is a neutral term used to describe a stoner that isn't in a social group or does not have any friends. Some Stoners who prefer to be on alone are considered to be Phagmull too.

Person 1: "Look! That's a phagmull."
Person 2: "Don't worry he'll find some friends."
Person 1: "Yeah.. We've all been there."

Noun. Plural.

Definition: An odd collection of medications (over the counter and/or prescription), vitamins, supplements and other assorted capsules or tablets, usually in a medicine cabinet or in one's desk drawer at work.
