The act of climbing inside a garbage bin and being surly and borderline agressive to pedestrians in a similar fashion to Oscar the Grouch.

Sloppy Groucho

A sexual act where a male ejaculates on or across the mustache of another male or rather manly female. The term derives from the mustache of the famous comedian, Groucho Marx, and the inherently sloppy nature of the action itself.

2. An incompetent ex (or soon to be ex) who always is in a bad mood and knows exactly how to drag you down.
