a tiawana tooth pull is the act of tieing a rope snugly around the balls of on person sitting in a chair tied up. the other side of the string is tied to a door handle. the object of this is that when the door is slammed closed the persons balls will be forcefully pulled away from him at a fast speed delivering excruciating pain
