The Route 66

The act of putting cocaine in a lubricated condom, tying it off, and inserting it in a partner's anus. A needle is then used to carefully prick a small hole (or holes, known as the "trucker challenge") in the condom, allowing the cocaine to start to leak out, and allows for the bottom (henceforth called the "ride") to start getting high. The top (henceforth called the "driver") then continues to have sex with the ride until the cocaine leaks into his body via penal skin absorption. Once both people are riding the cocaine high, the act of coitus is then known as a "Route 66", named after US Route 66; an influential road established in 1926 running from Chicago, Illinois to Santa Monica, California. Best done at sunset, so that the couple can look to the sunset and get a good view while riding Route 66.
