Get the ski mask no oppsmug. A parent (mother or father) that hands their children off to other people to be taken care of. At important or special occasions the parent shows up for the purpose of taking photos with the child so everyone can see how good of a parent they are and then leaves until the next photo-opportunity.
I have been singing the alphabet to the kids everyday for two years and Jimmy said his first word today. Wait, I better not take any credit for this until the photo-opp parent is here to post on facebook that Jimmy said his first word.
