The "Power Minion" is the bosses go to employee for getting tasks done. This individual possesses a high level of intellectual understanding and aptitude for the tasks being performed by the team. Power Minions are often found possessing higher than average levels of motivation and drive and in some ways could be thought of as the team quarterback. Power Minions with their expansive skills tend to attract other folks from the team and outside the team seeking advice and incite. Power Minion positions are often the most admired and coveted position on a team.
