Someone who is beyond blackout drunk, yet somehow still awake and interacting with other people. The rare step a few special people can reach between "totally wasted" and "hospitalized". Usually requires a party or event of shit show proportions.

Human traffic lights

A flashing device fitted to a pole near passport control units in airports, land border crossings, and sea ports, which halts illegal human traffic.

Implemented by government agencies, such as the UK Home Office, as a result of national immigration policy.

The large articulated lorry, with a container full of illegal north Korean immigrant labour, was forced to wait at some human traffic lights at Dover passport control when they showed red.

A shopping center in the city of Abu Dhabi that sells fake copies of branded merchandise such as Video games (ex :2 dollar Black ops), shirts (ex:4 dollar Burberry shirt) and shoes (ex:7 dollar Lacost shoes). this word is mainly used to pull some one's leg for buying a very expensive piece of merchandise.
