Nazi Janitor

Someone who makes too much of an effort to make something appear unnecessarily good or better than it is, and gets mad at others for "messing it up"

In reference to that time at Aushwitz when SS guards told prisoners to clean their rooms so when other people saw the camps, they would appear clean, despite the horrendous deeds.

Parent: (hosing down the driveway which is covered in children's chalk art)
Child: WTF are you doing?

Parent: cleaning
Child: You're such a Nazi Janitor! ugh!
