Short Guy Grunt

The short guy grunt refers to guys at the gym that make loud obnoxious sounds like grunting or screaming while doing incomplete reps with weights that are obviously too big for them and in some cases they will scream and grunt with light weights, this is done to make themselves feel bigger than they actually are. Typically shorter men are seen doing the short guy grunt while lifting, but it doesn’t matter how big you are, if you’re being loud and obnoxious for no reason at the gym then you’re still doing the short guy grunt

“Yo what the hell is that noise?”
“Just some loser doing the short guy grunt”
