A word semi-cleverly used to proclaim yourself a fascist without actually saying the word.

Reducing taxes for the richest people on earth while spending ludicrous amounts of money to force young soldiers to fight an unjustifiable war; spying on and detaining people without any real criminal evidence against them under the guise of "fighting terrorism"; and dismissing any counter arguments to your beliefs and/or actions as being "Anti-American" doesn't make you a "fascist". It makes you a neoconservative.

This is a very slang term to say that you have an erection.
Proper use of this is when a hot girl comes up to you to ask what time it is and you reply with this.
I heard this on the show "Beevus and Butthead."

Hot girl: Do you know what time it is?
Guy with erection: It's High Noon on my sundial.

NeoCon

Despite the name, neocons are neither new nor conservative. Neocons favor globalization, upper-class tax cuts to bankrupt the government, taxing only earned income, teaching that masturbation can cause pregnancy, banning gay marriage, ruling the world, and election systems which don't have a paper trail. Don't try to converse with neocons; they take any sort of criticism as censorship, and will often resort Serdar Argic-style debate tactics.

Morally idealistic conservatatives. neocon is short for neo-conservative. Neocons separate themselves from Republicans that are traditionally fiscal conservative.

Slang - Crusading republican.
Slang - Neocons exist separated into two very distinct groups. The largest, group one, are the people below the 99th income percentile. They are religous and/or war-mongering blowhard lemmings who follow the second group; The second group is made up of the top one percent. They cut taxes for themselves, borrow trillions (second term pending), and their behavior is largely the subject of this blog. Of necessity, they pay Rove to pipe tabloid for the Rats. Lemmings rather. Whichever, they both work.
