Mainly designated as a person that stands up friends that are going to the Beer Festival. mainly they seem to be located in Knoxville, but can usually be found anywhere Beer is a bargain.

A fester is someone who can be found at a festival of any type, regardless of the nature of said festival. You can identify a fester by the frisbees or nerf footballs they are commonly seen with in the parking lot of the fest.

An interesting fact about festers is that they procreate by biting non festers and injecting them with unholy fester venom. WATCH OUT!
