eggbang

A kids game and an Easter tradition in some parts of Europe. Each person picks an egg from a basket. Then they face off one by one by banging each other's eggs. The egg that doesn’t crack is the winner when all is said and done.

Consent is important. The rule is that before banging both parties have to agree to who is the banger and who is the bangee. Then they have to agree if the banging will be performed from the top or the bottom side. It is considered rude to announce that you’ll bang with the bottom side and then turn the top side in the last minute to gain advantage.

A burrito made with scrambled eggs, meat (sausage, ham, crab, etc.) and onions, jalapeños, green chiles, or other additions as you like. Must have shredded cheese and topped with green Chile enchilada sauce and more shredded cheese, then baked until cheese melts.

We love our tradition of having eggoritos for Christmas morning brunch!
