wiki ball

Wiki Ball is a game played on wikipedia. The goal is to get from one wikipedia entry to a totally unrelated entry using only the links on the page. It is a tricky game that requires thought and planning. The goal is to get from the starting page to the finishing page in the least amount of clicks possible.

I was playing wiki ball today and it only took me 9 clicks to get from the page for Jimmy Carter to the movie Iron Man

wikitrip

The act of spending long amounts of time reading several articles on Wikipedia or other Wiki sites. Usually the act starts with the reader reading an article they intended to read, then following links to other articles within the first article. The wikitrips can last for hours, and usually spans several various topics.

"Last night I went on Wikipedia to look up stuff for my research paper on Argentina, then I followed links until I eventually was reading about the minors characters of the Star Wars movies. It was a super long wikitrip."

wikifag

A wikipedia contributor (often an administrator) who makes it their life's calling to monitor every edit you make and report it, even if nothing is wrong with it.

Many wikifags are also grammar nazis and will report users for vandalism if sentence structure is not to their liking.

"Man, that guy is such a wikifag. He permabanned my ip address, and I didn't even do anything wrong!"

"She is a huge wikifag. Seig heil!"
