Sadness

Sadness is a simple emotion. you feel sad. like me rn. Just a hug can make you cry a lot. Talking to some people hurt, because its hard to keep everything inside you. If someone there for you, use it. A teacher at school, friend, family. anything. If your sad rn. keep hope, theres people that loves you. I know its hard and maybe you have fake friends that insults you. Bro, they're not your friends. Its okay to go away from negative people. Writing help. Singing help. Dancing maybe. Sleeping. its gonna be all right.

Sadness ellipsis

A Sadness ellipsis is when you go into deep thought about something and you get sad. Like when you are talking to a girl you like and she talks about her boyfriend. Like the grammatical ellipsis, it can indicate a thought that makes you unfocused. Or, it can be used grammatically like a normal ellipsis just to emphasize something sad.

1. This girl just told me she has a boyfriend and I’ve only thought about that since. I hate Sadness ellipsis.
2. And you receive… a dent on your new car!!!!!

Something you feel that is agonizing. Something that you feel you're soaked in. It hangs around you for a while, and oftentimes you'll feel guilty. Or upset, maybe even angry.

Sadness Hangover

The way you feel after a night of heavily crying. Typically with a headache, upset stomach, potentially the runs. Seems to be felt most prominent in the front of your head and the back of your eyes but can extend to your entire head and sometimes even the back of the neck. Mild cases are generally relieved by a nap whereas more severe cases may require some time to resolve. Warm baths, good music and lots of hydration may also help.

The day after grandma's funeral I had such a bad sadness hangover I could barely look at my phone screen because the light hurt my head so bad.

sadness sabbatical

When you leave work abruptly and do not return for several days due to sadness. Usually brought on by female coworkers.

Sarah hurt Bob’s feelings at work, so he left early for an unplanned sadness sabbatical. He will be back Monday.
