Also used as a way of yelling during instant and/or text message conversations.

I've been bustin CAPS since I was old enough to type.

She was all mad and bustin CAPS in our instant message conversation. I tried to get her to undo the "caps lock" key, BUT SHE JUST KEPT YELLING!!

A lesbian that is masculine but not butch. She’ll be into sports and wear masculine clothes like flannel and graphic tees and a suit to formal things. She’ll probably have her hair long but either nothing is done to it or it’s tied up. She might wear makeup like concealer for reasons and maybe a bit more for formal occasions

When a user in a message board, instant message, chat room, or email uses nothing but capital letters. The said user often uses bad English and internet slang and is often looked down upon as a newb.

User1: OMGWTFBBQ. THIS IZ TEH SUX.
User2: What?
User1: LOLOCOPTER. MY UBER-OVERCLOCKD GAMERZ RIG IS HOTTTT.
User2: Stop having a capslock love affair you noob.

1. Any circumstances whereby one has not made the necessary ChapStick preparations and finds oneself without an adequate supply.
2. Any situation which impedes the process or progress of applying ChapStick.

"Man, I can't believe I'm halfway through this movie, all alone in a dark theater with a bucket of salty popcorn, and no ChapStick! This is a ChapStick Emergency!"
