Dark Council

The Dark Council is the leading body of the Sith Empire, serving directly beneath the Sith Emperor, Darth Deceptious. The Council manages the day-to-day operations of the Empire in the name of the Emperor. Each Councilor is a Darth who have been granted the title of Dark Lord of the Sith.
