nonsensical jockey

A person who, at the peak of a tough situation, offers an idea that couldn't possibly ever help anyone in anyway. This idea could also cause more problems and create a worse situation.

In the office the printer has caught fire. John comes over and says "Why don't we all throw paper on it to put it out?"
John would be considered a nonsensical jockey in this situatuon because his idea couldn't possibly help and may make matters worse.

A friend or co-worker whose only objective in life seems to be looking for funny (or supposed to be funny) stuff in the net and then force you to look at it together with him.

.George: "I can't believe they haven't fired Mark yet."

John: "I fear the editor in chief is starting to love all that goddamn spam stuff he keeps mailing to the whole office all the day... That's what an e-joker does."

George: "Oh... Ok. I'm off."

Mark:"Hey George, did you checked your e-mail recently? Huh? Huh?"

posted my latest fishing catch results on my blog, some blog-jacker git commented by claiming he'd caught the same as me, but they were all a pound bigger
