Cat-top is a term used to refer to a laptop computer that attracts your cat to sit on top of it usually whilst it's in use due to the heat that's generated from it.

Where's your laptop computer - I need to use it.
Its now a cat-top as the cat uses it instead to sit on.

The back view of the person's head in the car in front of you, usually an old person because of the characteristically fuzzy, curly mass that encompasses an elderly persons hair. A fuzz top can be spotted not going over 10 mph and causing you to become frustrated when stuck behind one in traffic. A casual swear term that wont offend grams.
