Scoonchie is a mysterious Italian delicacy, that of which is actually meant to be burnt instead of properly cooked to enjoy.

Scoonchie (Scün-Chee) is compromised of household ingredients, that aren’t necessarily in the human food group. Scoonchie is usually prepared for religious and social celebrations including Christmas, Ramadan and St. Patrick’s Day.

We were hoping to have a nice meal this evening, but Chavez burnt the scoonchie again.
